To ensure that our clients and staff are healthy, safe and following government and Public Health guidelines, we require anyone entering our facility, or having in-home sessions to complete this screening questionnaire and contact tracing form at the beginning of your in-person session.
Our Promise to You
In these uncertain times, we understand that families may be in crisis, and there may be a lot of confusion right now. Your health and safety concerns are of the utmost importance and so each client's case is being evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Your child's health, developmental, physical and mental well-being needs in mind when making decisions at this time with guidance from our local health authorities.
Are you still open?
Yes we are open!
We have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures on-site related to increased cleaning, physical distancing and screening.
*Please note that we are in contact with local health officials to ensure that we are able to stay open as long as possible. If regulations change, we will update all of our families.
What services are still available?
Currently, in certain circumstances, in-clinic and in-home sessions are still being offered for those where services are deemed essential.
Virtual sessions are being offered to our learners where clinically appropriate.
Social skills groups are offered with limited participation and safeguards in place for social distancing.
Are you taking new clients?
We are open to discussing your needs at this time, and will determine whether or not it is safe and clinically appropriate to begin services. Please add your information to our Waitlist and Registration form.
